September 18, 2020 – The Illinois Department of Public Health will be setting up a mobile COVID-19 testing site at the Illinois State Fairgrounds on September 23rd and 30th. Anyone can be tested, regardless of symptoms. The testing is free, but those who have an insurance card should bring one. The tests will be administered using nasal swabs.
The testing will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the scheduled days at the Commodities Pavillion at the fairgrounds.
