Hickory Point Bank announced Jenny Krell has been promoted to Vice President. With her new responsibilities, Ms. Krell will oversee the training and development of the banking staff for all Hickory Point Bank locations throughout Central Illinois. She will also continue to oversee the daily operations of the Springfield, IL branch located at the corner of Wabash and Koke Mill Road.Opens a larger version of this image

“Jenny provides exceptional service to our customers in Springfield and we believe she is best positioned to guide and develop all our branch teams bank wide,” said Morgan Nessler, Vice President and head of Retail Banking. “Jenny exemplifies Hickory Point Bank’s first in class customer service culture, and we are thrilled to have her provide consistent training for all branch banking colleagues.”

She is a graduate of Leadership Springfield through the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
