September 13th, 2019- A rare Harvest Moon will appear in the night sky tonight and it wont happen again until 2049.  A Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox, the day and time that marks the end of summer and the start of summer.  The autumn equinox will occur on September 23rd at 3:50am.  The last time the U.S. saw a full moon on Friday the 13th was Oct. 13, 2000.  The best time to watch the full moon in OUR area will be tomorrow night at 11:33pm.
