December 1 – Members of the public get a chance to interact with a wide range of technology during Millikin University’s Arts Technology Expo on Tuesday.
The annual expo brings together a variety of student projects in related fields and student-run ventures under one roof. Student work on display will include: design, photography, videography, animation, audio production, marketing, interactive media and more.
Guests will have an opportunity to engage with such technology as virtual reality tools, robotics and live event lighting simulation equipment. Visitors will also get to vote for their favorite media piece.
The free event will be held from 4-6 p.m. in the Bob and Debi Johnston Banquet Room on the third floor of the University Commons. It is presented by MillikinCreates, a student-run organization that celebrates excellence in creativity, innovation and technology.
